Spud Grub food truck har hittat ett permanent hem och nya rätter i ett countryside food court-koncept i Fårösund. Vår meny består av helamåltider som serveras på en stor, delad bakad potatis och täcks med smör samt olika sorters hemgjorda dressingar och såser. Dessutom nytillkomna dagens rätt och en mängd olika livsmedel som utgör maträtten på landsbygden. Vi är stolta över att ha anslutit oss till den växande street food-kulturen och är nu en del av den rika kulinariska upplevelsen på ön. Mer specifikt inriktad på att ha en plats på första raden till lokala gårdar i norr. Spud är ett annat ord för potatis, medan grub betyder mat. The Spud Grub food truck has found a permanent home—and introduced new dishes—as part of a countryside food court concept in Fårösund. We also offer a daily special and a range of ingredients that celebrate the flavors of the countryside. We are proud to have joined the growing street food scene and are now part of the island's rich culinary landscape, with a prime location that keeps us close to the local farms of the north. "Spud" is a colloquial term for potato, while "grub" means food. By blending global food truck influences with the unique street food atmosphere of Gotland—and drawing on our reputation for quality and our culinary heritage—we create a distinctive culinary fusion.
