Spud Grub food truck in Gotland, serves a crossover menu of American and Scandinavian-style baked potatoes. Our menu consists of full course meals which are served upon a hot parted giant baked potato and covered in butter and different sorts of homemade dressing and sauces.

We proudly joined the growing street food culture scene and are now, apart of the rich culinary experiences on the island.

Spud, is another word for potato while, grub means food. Taking influences from the origin of food truck culture in America and crossing it with the unique street food vibes in Gotland, promotes nothing short of a rare culinary culture blend. Each of our dishes are backed with a long history of making tastes and flavors our trademark for delicious street food.

We are nestled in one of Visby's famous ex-artillery felts, A7. Which is now, a combination of new apartment complexes, student homes and an industrial area we call, Detroit Sweden. Because it is such a neighborhood, food trucks in America make their street food debut.
